We all have moments when we feel the tension rising, heres some ideas how to let it out and lighten your mood and hopefully brighten your day.
1. Saying a Mantra such as "I am calm" and say it over and over and you will find you will start to feel calm.
2. Turn the radio up or on or blast out one of your favourite upbeat songs and sing along.
3. Sigh loudly or groan making as much noise as you can and feel the tension go with the noise.
4. Hum quietly and feel it resonate through your body.
5. Look up at the sky if you are outside or go into the garden and look up and see the clouds, trees, the wonder of nature.
